Terms of Service

Effective 2026-09-14

ภาษาไทย

TorbChat is currently an alpha (pre-release) service. Features may change or be withdrawn, availability is not guaranteed, and you should keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. See section 2.

These terms are an agreement between IMAGELAND CO., LTD. ("the Company") and the organisation or person using TorbChat ("the Service"). By signing in or using the Service you accept these terms. How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

TorbChat is a business tool that brings chats from connected messaging channels (such as LINE Official Accounts and Facebook Pages) into one shared inbox for your team, with customer profiles and collaboration features. It is intended for business use — not for personal consumer use, and not directed at minors.

2. Alpha status

The Service is in alpha: it is under active development and offered so early users can try it and give feedback. This means features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without notice; the Service may be unavailable, interrupted, or slow, and no service level (SLA) is offered; data continuity is not guaranteed — despite our reasonable efforts, data created during the alpha may be lost or reset; and we may limit the number of users, connected channels, or usage volume during this period.

Keep your own copy of any data you cannot afford to lose, and do not rely on the Service as the only store of business-critical records during the alpha.

3. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite into your organisation, including keeping access to your account secure. Information you provide to us must be accurate.

Members you invite into your organisation see and manage conversations, messages, and customer profiles together, according to their roles — your organisation is responsible for those members' access and actions. If you accept these terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to break the law, send spam or unsolicited messages, infringe others' rights, or handle content you have no right to handle. You must comply with the terms of the platforms you connect (including the LINE terms of use and the Meta Platform Terms). You must not interfere with the Service, probe its security, reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service, or attempt to access another organisation's data.

5. Your customers' data

Messages and profiles of the customers who chat with your organisation are data your organisation controls: you must have a lawful basis for collecting and using them, including any notice or consent required by applicable law (such as Thailand's PDPA). The Company processes that data on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.

By connecting a channel (such as a LINE Official Account or a Facebook Page), you authorise the Company to access and process data from that channel — messages, customer profiles, and related metadata — for the purpose of providing the Service under these terms.

6. Fees

During the alpha the Service is provided free of charge unless agreed otherwise in writing. We may introduce fees or paid plans in the future; they will be announced in advance, and continued use after a price takes effect counts as acceptance.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and its branding belong to RUBKIANCODE CO., LTD., and IMAGELAND CO., LTD. provides them to you under licence. Data you and your customers put into the Service remains yours; you grant the Company only the rights needed to operate the Service for you — to store, process, transmit, and display that data to your team.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if a connected platform requires it, or — during the alpha — if the Service or a feature is discontinued. When access ends, data is handled as described in the data deletion instructions. Data deleted at your request cannot be recovered.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — this applies with particular force during the alpha. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the Service, and the Company's total liability for all claims is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in breach of these terms or the law — including bringing data into the Service that you had no right to process.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its effective date, and material changes will be announced inside the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
